Lesli Spears
Lesli was born and raised in West Texas and graduated from South Plains College and Texas Tech University. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a teacher, pursuing her lifelong dream to serve others and make a difference in the lives of her students. Following a few years of teaching in Levelland and Kerrville, she and her husband planted roots in Southwest Lubbock where they raised their two children. After eighteen years of teaching everything from Pre-K to upper-level math, Lesli decided to get her real estate license. She immediately fell in love with helping and serving families in a different way… through assisting them in the buying and selling process. After four years of working both jobs, she decided to pursue a full-time career in real estate and has never looked back! She joined the Williams and Co-Team in April of 2019 where she has grown her business and learned from the best Realtor team in Lubbock.

Lesli’s background as a teacher in the Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District, an area of exponential growth, allows her to have a unique perspective on schools and all of the programs that are offered at these schools. It is important to Lesli to listen to her clients’ needs and preferences and guide them accordingly.
Working With Buyers
Lesli takes the time to have a consultation with her buyers before they start the home search. She will sit down with her clients in person and establish a framework for the buying process. She will walk you through each step in the purchasing pathway, starting with securing a pre-approval for a home loan. Lesli works with some of the best lenders in Lubbock, and she can match your needs to the perfect local lender. It is important to her that her clients feel prepared and knowledgeable so they can move forward with confidence and a strong offer on their dream home.
Working With Sellers
When working with sellers, Lesli will personally sit down with her clients and walk them through the entire process before moving forward with the listing. It is important to educate sellers on what to expect in today’s market, and it is also important to place the seller in the buyer’s shoes. Lesli will take detailed notes about the house and listen to her clients’ needs and motivation. She will then create a plan and marketing strategy that fits accordingly after guiding them on staging, pricing, and any repairs that need to be made prior to listing the home on the market. Once the house is active on the market, she will stay in constant communication providing feedback and updates from potential buyers. From the initial meeting to the closing table, she will be there to answer questions and provide assistance when needed.
